Guidelines for Online Application to undergraduate courses at Dhanamanjuri University for the Academic Year 2020 -2021

Please read this guideline before filling up your online application form

To register a candidate, need to have a valid e-mail ID and Mobile number before starting the registration process. In case the applicant does not have an e-mail ID, they must create one.


1. Candidates must fill the correct name as given in the 10+2 or equivalent.

2. Candidates need not upload any documents except a recent passport photo and own signature.

3. Kindly do not wait for the last day of registration to pay the fee to complete your online registration form.

Scan the following documents and keep Ready Beforehand

a) Recent passport photograph (50 - 150 kb size).

b) Signature of applicant (50 – 100 kb size).

STEP 1: Online Registration for New Candidates

a) For the new registration candidates should go directly to the following website or linked from the University website and click the Registration button to fill up the details.

b) After completing registration, Students User ID and password details will be sent in SMS to the Student's registered Mobile No.


a) Click the Candidate Login Button.

b) Login using Student ID & Password (password is Date of Birth).

STEP 3 :

a) Click to Apply Now Button.

b) Read all the guidelines and instructions for online submission highlighted.

Note I : A student can apply more than one course with the same user ID, but not allowed to choose the same course. Also, can apply different course by using same user ID. For this student need to apply/submit different Application Form(s).

Note II : BBA, B.Com. B.P.E.S. are to SELECT to Course type - None

c) After completion of submission of the application, applicant can leave for Payment Option, Candidates should make payment before the last date given. If candidates refuse to pay (online) Registration Fee of Rs. 100/-, the application will be incomplete.

STEP 4 :

Click on Application List. Here Students can see all course applied details on application List. And get option for online payment for registration and can pay registration fee by using Mode of Payment Option Available.

STEP 5 :

Click on Print Application button and print out Confirmation Application Page. Candidates should bring this confirmation page along with require documents during the counseling.

If there is any misinformation, the candidate will be rejected immediately during counselling.
